Fill out the form on the next page (after you click the green "Register" button above) to register for the 2012 season of the Bay Area Young Makers program. Once you've registered, you will be able to exhibit at Maker Faire Bay Area 2012 and/or to attend Open MAKE and our four regional meetings at the Exploratorium free of charge.

Participation in the Young Makers program is free, but we do encourage those who can afford it to donate to support the program.

After you register you will receive an email message containing a customized ticket that will allow you to enter the Exploratorium for our monthly meetings, held the third Saturday of each month between January and April, from 10am to 2pm. Each month you must print out a copy of your ticket and present it at the admissions desk at the Exploratorium.

Each ticket admits only one person, so it important that everyone wishing to attend the monthly meetings register separately.

If you have questions, please send mail to contact@youngmakers.org.

Thank you,
Tony, Dale, Michelle, Karen and Mike

Young Makers

The Young Makers program intends to connect like-minded young people with adult mentors and fabricators and to organize opportunities for kids to dream up and develop projects for Maker Faire each year. We encourage kids to develop projects based on their own interests and ideas.
